CACHED	Source has an existing cached copy of its records, i.e.
DISABLED	Source has been manually disabled by an operator.
FAILED	Last harvest attempt failed.
LIMITED	Source has been capped by a discovery policy limit (depth, catalog size, etc.).
QUEUED	Source has been submitted to the work queue and is waiting to be processed.
REJECTED	Source was inspected and found not to be a valid harvestable registry.
RUNNING	A harvest of this source is currently in progress.
